…breathe deeply and often…

Flutter

Published by

on

Above the trees wings spread

Black and cawing

On the breeze

What’s left of the

Leaves

As they race to fly

Higher

In swirls and in whirls

Bend to the ground

And I dip

Then up

Before I touch and soar

And dive down again

Almost to the ground

Falling

Wings spread

Black and cawing

On the breeze

Before fall

Becomes

Winter again.
